Integra SCCA ITA Racer

If you’re looking for a quick and dirty way to break into racing, here’s a turnkey Integra that’s ready to roll.

Racing is obviously something that’s quite popular among members of the Honda Tech forums. For obvious reasons, of course. But building race cars isn’t exactly what anyone would call cheap. And who wants to cut up their pristine Honda, anyway? No, if you’re looking to get into motorsports, it’s always cheaper and easier to just buy somebody else’s car. And right now, you can find a pretty sweet ’94 Acura Integra for sale, set up for SCCA ITA racing right here in the Honda Tech Marketplace.

The Integra is running a B18B1 engine and 5-speed manual transmission, with a slew of upgrades, of course. The engine itself sports a cold-air intake, DC Sports 4-2-1 exhaust header, 2.5″ stainless steel exhaust with cat delete pipe, Walbro 255lph fuel pump, and an oil filter relocation kit. The transmission has been fortified with an Exedy stage 1 clutch as well. Suspension mods are plentiful, too. They include Moog control arms, tie rods, and bushings, Progress CS2 coilovers, and a Progress adjustable rear sway bar.

Brakes are obviously a big deal, and this Integra has a nice set to slow it down in the corners. That setup consists of StopTech slotted front and rear brake rotors, Hawk DTC-60 front brake pads, Hawk HP Plus rear pads, and Goodridge stainless steel braided brake lines.

The interior is all-business, as you might imagine. There, you’ll find goodies including a Kirkey series 47 intermediate road race seat with fabric cover, IO Port seat back brace, and Buddy Club seat sliders. And a Sparco steering wheel with NRG quick release hub and adapter. There’s also a full fire suppression system, a slew of gauges, and an in-car communication system. Pretty much everything you’ll need out on the track.

The seller also indicates that he’s including a slew of spare parts with the sale, which is a nice bonus. If you’re looking for an essentially turn-key racer, this Integra looks like a fantastic candidate. Not to mention a quick and dirty way to break into the world of racing at a discount. So be sure and head over here to check out the full listing, as well as get in contact with the buyer!
