just wonderin when the next h-t meet in the chicagoland area is gonna be??

like is it gonna be in a month or like 3 months... just wondering

maybe a cookout like the accord meet's doin...sounds like a great idea..(props to them)

but let everyone know when the next meet is for h-t

the "accord meet" isnt only for just accords....it can be any car but is mainly focused towards honda-tech people. so any honda or acura is acceptable too. let me know if anybody is interested and maybe we can decide on a place and time. Anybody have any ideas??

aight yeah thats cool as long as everyone else is down for it...our last meet was at wilson skate park...it was fun over there and a pretty good amount of cars showed up...but other than that idk when or where we could have a meet...but i'm definitely interested...

anyone else up for a meet soon??

plus i get my car back tomorrow or friday so jdm will be at the meet

meets are pretty cool i guess... just everyone that's got a honda meets up somewhere...checks out each other's cars and talk about em...that's pretty much it but i mean its a fun time you know

you could have a drive where everyone drives together somewhere then chill over at a spot...or have a cookout where someone could bring a grill and others could bring food/pop, etc...

but overall its sorta like a bring what you got kinda deal...everyone at least from what ive seen are nice and don't talk **** about other people's car...as long as you got a honda and are into tuning...you're good to go

yeah i dont care who shows up as long as you are into tuning... i know the prelude guys are having a meet at Woodfield Mall saturday so I think im gonna stop by for a while but there is a large Menard's parking lot by my place that is always vacant so that might be a good spot. anybody have any other ideas?

P.S. cookouts are always cool so bring your grill and some burgers..lol

PLEASE NO ALCOHOL!!! that is the last thing we need is drinking and driving

can we get back to the original topic please??? Im gonna let mark at one6 know that we are tryin to set up a meet so maybe he can spread the word or put up a flyer or something. Im thinkin the park just east Woodfield mall on higgins wouldnt be a bad spot. any input? where was the prelude meet at?

yeah i agree this is about a meet that is comin up, not some stupid general thread...

i honestly don't know if mark will do anything...idk thas just me...its not for who he is...its just the fact of him doing it idk..

as far as the meet at busse woods area...its a great spot, bad idea though...cops always bust that ****...

the prelude meet had a sick spot...it was on top of this parking garage in woodfield...idk exactly what building but it was close to streets...like in between streets and golf..

i think that would be a spot we can go to..idk if the prelude meet got busted tho...

anyone know when this meet is anyway??

well it shouldnt get busted if we are smart about this. The cops cant kick us out for obeying the laws and having a cook out. We just have to set up some ground rules..

Like NO REVVING..its only gonna **** everybody off

NO underage drinking...that will just get people thrown in jail

NO Drinkin and driving...people u need to know your limits

Just be mature about this...this is NOT a street racing meet, its just to show off what you have.

As for Mark, I dont really know what he will do but its worth a shot..

im thinkin maybe a saturday afternoon in the next couple weeks would work best

nah mark wont do anything hes not into car meets.. last time i got kicked out of busse woods schaumburg cops suck! theyll get u for anything...

ok, well since busse woods is outta the question, does anybody else have any ideas? There is an old menards with a huge vacant lot on the corner of Rt. 53 and North Ave (AKA Rt. 64) in Lombard. Or there is always Strats on North Ave in Addison...im just throwin ideas out.

yo lets have it Sunday June 15...thas two weeks from this post...so people would at least know ahead of time...everyone just bring some **** to cook out and we need someone to bring a grill..i imagine it would be hard..but i mean if we're gonna cook out then busse woods seems like a sick spot...i know they can bust us for anything but as long as we're all just chillin LEGALLY, we shouldnt have a problem...

only thing i can say is everyone have your front license plates on haha

forgot to mention, it'll be at busse woods off Higgins...the first entrance from streets of woodfield (the closest one) so there aren't two small meets as opposed to one joined meet...

whoever brings the grill, just bring charcoal, gas, whatever the [freak] you need to start a fire...then everyone bring hotdogs, hamburgers, buns n all that ****...

i won't forget bout drinks n **** neither...i'll grab the plates, napkins, etc.

one thing tho i'm not bringin alcohol..honestly, i hope we don't have any..
