Pics from Knox Mountain Hillclimb (56k beware!)
First off, the obligatory Hondas (at least I THINK that ghetto car is a prelude 
)
then the obligatory FD
This looks a lot like The Phantom (aka, the worlds fastest autox machine), but I don't think it is..
Very cool mini. I guess it had a Vauxhall engine.

The red CRX at the top took his class.
That was indeed the Phantom. The rear wing is a bit smaller and there is some more bodywork installed.
The Ghetto Prelude is an Ice Racer, running 10lbs boost (or so I heard), on propane.
The black Talon took his class, and I think runs 11's (or high 10's) in the quarter.
Y'all gotta come up next year!

the talon runs 11.4's if im not mistaken, and belongs to Lowell Foo of L&R Racing out of Vancouver.

Actually the motor was built by David Buschur at Buschur Racing, Lowell does the tuning with contributions from a host of other locals, Johnny at Advanced Automotive, Don at PDM Racing, Frank at Drivers Edge.
Farzan and Daren do the driving and owning.
