oil for LSD transmission question...
My cousin wants to know, whats the best oil recommended for a '91 spec LSD cable transmission?...

syncromesh with the friction modifier works good.
if you dont have any grinds though, just use honda mtf like these guys said already.

I've used 10W30 in all of my Honda manual shift transmissions for many thousands of miles with no problems, grinding or anything.

Regular 10w30 dyno oil (not synthetic), that's what the trannies are designed to use. Always used this in my D-series tranny with a Quaife works fine. Tried Redline synthetic, wasn't as good.
