ive been toying with the idea for a while and i got the ae101 throttle bodies for really cheap. so the past few days ive been making the manifold and finally got it all together last night. heres some pics. if you guys have any questions feel free to ask. in total it cost me about 175.oo and two night of time. im getting some velocity stacks for it this weekend, that should really clean up the look.














the car idles fine but needs to be tuned badly and has a few rough spots but mid to full throttle runs fine. gas mileage has gone down but should be better after the tune. ill have a few more pics of the manifold in the making in a few hours, im just waiting for a friend to email me the pics. ill also have some pics of the dyno results. hopefully ill have time to make a header for it soon, i think that will help out alot.

thats awesome, i wanted to do a setup like that for my d16a6 but now im going turbo, screw the work for itb turbo... at least for my setup i mean.

sweet man, got any pics of how the throttle cable hooks up? what does it idle at? does it sound sweet? notice any performance gains? what size are the tb's?

throttle cable was no problem tha car idles 800 except when warming up it just runs like **** because no iac. ill find out about the hp after its tuned

yes via disabling it with the ECU. done all the time with Hondata or Chrome

the iac really only works the most when warming up. not that much when the engines hot. to get the engine to idle you just have to crack the throttles a little
