This is what you need todo. As much as you trust the person or company you can't let it go over 90 days or you are going to be filling out all kinds of paperwork with your bank. I'm going through it with Knife Motorsports in Texas after eight months.

I just called my Bank today and got issued a refund for $1265 for a K-Series clutch I never received...been getting promised a refund since June 6th...Handled that one on my own.

I'm not gonna get fucked. You guys should do the same...Before it's too late.

I'm doing the same tomorrow, roughly $510...I luckily got most of my parts.

Oh yea guys, I live here in Dayton (less than 10mins from WSL). Went there today, and lets just say things look grim. The car that has been parked outside there for weeks even months is now gone. No lights on...it also looked kinda gumbled around inside like someone was moving in or out. I couldn't tell, but it also appeared like the computers (which take your orders) are not there either.

I have a feel Kyle up and left, but that would be really really foolish because he could have easily of saved the business.

Suprdave has the right idea, you just beat me to it by one day.

Yeah ricky is back in Philly. On another note, nobody said anything about WSL going out of business.

I see everybody getting all noit about the situation that just happened. But I think you guys should give kyle a chance to fix the problems. If that doesn't work then I suggest that you do what is best for you and that is try to get your money back some way or another.

That's great and all but I am sure some of these people have been waiting upwards of 90 days for their parts. After 90 days it's hard to get your money back from the bank or credit card company.

OK Kyle.. You tell me this.. Where the hell is my Revhard Turbo Kit??? This was ordered about a month ago! Still no sign. I actually called Rev hard yesterday and there is NO record of you buying an EP3 kit. The last invoice they found was for an S2K. I'm double screwed as you ALSO have my customers ECU for the reflash. I have a dead car in my workshop for 1 month now and hes getting pissed off due to the '2 week' lead time I got. Also, there is no sign of the refund of 3k odd bucks you debited TWICE on my CC. This is getting messed up. I do appreciate honesty. If you can tell me if you did or did not order the kit with revhard I'd be grateful. What ever happens, If I dont get this kit by this week, I expect the ECU and 6k odd $ to be sent back via FEDEX and refunded.

I wasn't going to go public, but it seems if we all rant and rave on here, you seem to have the audacity to answer. If you also haven't ordered the 1k's worth of Hondatas also, please refund me.
