Is the distributor bad when...
the car has been randomly stalling the last few days. i noticed one of the plug wires was a little corroded/cooked, so I replaced them, and the plugs, and the cap/rotor. still was stalling. I ran an obd2 scanner and it said that it was a lack of signal. I pulled the distributor and replaced the ignitor . while I had the distributor out, I noticed that the end that goes onto the cam is real wobbly. since I don't have another one to compare it to, I can't tell if its bad or not. what do you think?

i just had to replace mine in my DA, the tach was flyin all over the place when i put it in neutral, it wud stall on me all the time, my lights were dimming, and i was backfirin all the time. we repalced it and not a day later the new one went out.... its fixed now, thank god
get it fixed asap...its a simple test to see if thats what it is to.

well, I went to buy a replacement distributor, and the end on it was as wobbly as the one in the car, so that can't be it. the tach isn't bouncing all over the place, so I don't think its the coil, and I replaced the igniter, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. still not fixed.
could it be the throttle position sensor?
could it be the throttle position sensor?
