yeah, it ran... put down 300 whp on low boost and a stupid conservative tune... but then discovered the oil pressure problems. i was planing to rebuild the block over winter, but quite frankly, im bored with the car. its been parked for almost 2 years, and i just want to drive it again. so i bought an sir 2, and im putting the rest of it back to pretty much stock. i still have my hatchback with an sir-g swap in it too... so i still have some toys

but yeah, like i said in the post, 98% of the stuff here misnu the motor and tranny has like 20 miles on it. 10 of those were on the dyno probably.

Im interested in the oil pan... is it a 5 quart pan? what is the size of the fitting for the oil return. Also, this will bolt up to my 95 gsr with no problem right. Any dent or dings in the pan? Thanks.. let me know asap

tial is a v-band clamp., it its not welded.

oil pan is 5 or 6 i forget- it holds a lot though. not sure what the fitting is.. its a -10 line. maybe moroso's site has it listed? im not sure. the fitting came with myfull-race return line, so im pretty sure its a standard size.

it will bolt up no problem to your gsr- youjust need to get a windage tray or modify your stock one.

moroso sells's em. probably can get it through summit or something. i just used my stock one, and drilled out the place for the feet of the sump to go through it. thats why it needs to be modded a little bit.

Where were you checking oil pressure from? I've been running my car fine for over a year with ~5psi at idle and a max WOT pressure ov 25-30psi. Its not what the motors seeing internally, its due to where your reading the pressure at - in my case the pressure sender is in line with the turbo feed, so of course all the pressure takes the path of least resistance through the turbo line instead of registering on the gauge sensor.

Just curious, nice parts good luck!!!

in other words, no.

As for the pressure- its not the gauge reading. it wouldn't even flick on vtec 3/4 of the time because of the low pressure.
