Default Subframe Tearout Repair?

I have two threads on the actual tearout here:

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1642585
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1642590

Basically, I have been running the older Comptech reenforcement kit with the 22mm sway bar for 5-6 years. Last fall it got noisy, I'm assuming now that this is when the welded nut tore out. I rode out the winter on stock GSR Blades with the same noise. I recently switched back to my 16's for the summer and about a week later I was pulling into a parking lot and I heard a tear.

Here are the pictures:

I'm just at a loss as to what to do right now. I talked with the Comptech engineer and he suggested doing tig seam welds, then pounding out 1/8th in. 1020 Steel and making a reenforcement plate and pulling it as close to the edge as possible, covering all bolt holes including the lca hole.

Thanks for any help.

after mine tore out i basically made something similar to a beaks kit plate and welded it in. i also welded a nut to the back of the plate to replace the one that tore out.

Welding in 1/8 in plates should work fine. Worst case Honda does sell that whole subframe but it is a pain in the *** to change out.

You guys have any pictures of your repairs?

I still haven't fixed it. I tried to put it on a trailer tonight but was scrubbing the front end.

I just repaired a DC with this problem.....I did something similar to what Comptech told you to do..... it came out good.

Im doing another one in about a week or so, but the customer wants the whole Subframe replaced....Don't that one before...
