can anyone here tell me what car this motor is out of??

aus market cars have either a h22a1 or h22a4... there seem to be some h22z1's popping up around the place. One of which is residing in an ATTS equipped Prelude if that helps...


Gunmetal '94 Integra VTi-R. - still mostly stock.
Whiteline rear swaybar/tiebar combo, whiteline springs, koni yellow shocks, jdm itr 4-1 header, 2.5" custom zorst, DIY CAI, Hondata, Exedy sprung ceramic button clutch, Toda flywheel.

ah okay thanx... i am hearing things like "it's from a type-s", "it's from a euro-r" etc... nothing concrete.

typeS is marked as H22A only. i've never heard of an H22Z1...

HAHA, I know this one:

H22z is the code Honda gives blocks they made extra, for replacement blocks to be sold to dealers.
