Default Big Thanks to a Great guy and Seller

I just wanted to give a compliment to a longtime member on here, migs. I had the pleasure to meet Mike(migs) and his family at Expo 8. We've kept an open line of communication ever since through H/T etc. For those unaware, I am currently rebuilding an ITR. I need all sorts of parts for this project, some of which have become hard to find. In particular, 98-00 floormats. My caR was missing the passenger side, and the mats are pretty beat anyway. Mike sold me a quality used set, sight unseen for what most outside of the car community would consider a reasonable price. On top, he included extra mats that he had laying around.

These days it is growing harder and harder to exchange in honest transactions. There are usually hidden items, or you buy without pictures and regret the purchase, etc. It is great to know that the ITR community here is still alive and well. Members like migs(and there are plenty others), along with events like Expo, We-Todd Expo, etc continue to prove how great this community is.

That is all.

Since this thread is useless without pictures, here they are:

Floormats(New to me):

Shift linkage:

*Notice how he threw in the shifter bushing, shiftnut, etc.

My rebuild:

I have untouched brand new OEM ITR floor mats. Were put in my 95 gsr for a photo and taken out. never been stepped on or anyhting. Bought them from ebay like 3 years ago for $100. Still have them along with an OEM strut bar that i bought from a friend (RIP JOE). I have this hope that someday Ill get a type r and bless it with new oem mats.

Mike sold me some 00-01 CF pieces and offered me a partial refund when he found out the pieces were not as he described. Good peoples.

So far in my dealings with those in the ITR community, I've found its some of the best people to deal with. No one is out to get over on anyone, and is always willing to work things out to make everyone happy.
