Default aiming 04-05 headlights

can anyone show me the sprocket that aims the headlights up and down? i know for sure we have 2 different kind of sprockets that aim left and right and up and down but i can only locate one sprocket on each side of the healights. and i don't know if these sprockets aim it up and down or left and right. i see the marks under the hood with the arrows and U and D but dont see the other sprocket. Just got HID's and i need to aim the headlights up a little.

Pictures would be very helpful too

I can't post pictures of it but there are two adjusters, you want to turn the adjuster toward the radiator, not the one towards the fender. Make sure you are on level ground, facing a flat wall, and around 25 ft away. All of the info I used is on alldatadiy. Check it out http://traffic.alldatadiy.com/...1766

Yes that is the vertical adjustment, I don't know why the procedure says not to adjust the other adjuster, my guess is that it is horizontal, which would probably require a machine or tool to get right...
