hey whats up you guys i have golden eagle b series vtec head studs and im re doing my head gasket and lost the sheet with all of the torque sequences and specs on it, if anyone can post up that information, id appreciate it alot.

You need to contact GE for the Torque value. ARP is 80 ft/lb's, but GE headstuds are probably different. Try Golden Eagle's website.

Be sure to tighten them in steps, i.e. 25 ft/lb's in the above sequence, step to 45 ft/lb's, and keep stepping until you reach proper torque.

I have GE p/n GEMB18C-HSK here in front of me.

Make sure the threads in the block are clean and free of debris. Running a cleaning tap through the threads is a good idea.

Place the dog point in the block, tighten to 10ftlbs
cover washers, nuts, and studs using the red lube supplied.

1st step, 25ftlbs
2nd step, 50 ftlbs
loosen each nut one at a time 1/2 turn then torque back to 50 ftlbs. repeat this step 3 times.
last step 72ftlbs.

Now your ready to hold some power.

The specs that 1992Si posted are for Torco assembly lube. If you're using anything else best to contact GE.
