Default b16a1 block ( the sleves are all rusted) fix or junk?

hello i just picked up a b16a1 block and it has been sitting outside
all the sleeves are all rusted ... is there anything i can do to fix this?

maby re sleeve it or have it honed/bored out?
i picked this block up for dirt cheap... i will post pics tomorrow...

its usually just surface rust, if you plan on re-building it, if you have the deck resurfaced and go oversize one size it should not be a problem

I believe they call that cross honed. I would consult a machine shop and see what they say.
