Can I use 1/2 tank ethanol & 1/2 gas on my 08 sport fit ? ,it is possible ?

First and foremost, why would you want too? Ethanol makes less power than gasoline and is only slightly cheaper.

You actually have to buy more ethanol (almost 2 gallons) in order just to get nearly the same efficiency as one gallon of gasoline.

Please don't tell me you are trying to improve gas mileage or get a tank of gas for slightly less...

Plus why mess with a new cars fuel system?

Ethanol is not slightly cheaper where I live and about power I have no need,just need a car to going to work the chepest way possible if I want power I will not choice a Fit,maybe a Mazda 3 speed for example

Forget it, your fuel system (hoses and such) are at risk. Any small amount of money saved will come back to bite you in the ass when your car needs thousands of dollars in repairs and Honda voids your warranty for filling the car up with shitty ethanol.

gues the anwser is no. I cant make my Fit pass 31mpg ,and I drive very easy.my 06 civic is much better on gas with 145 hp 1.8 engine .i was thinking maybe change muffler to take some back pressure and make the engine run a little more free .I like the car but mpg is very poor

You're trying to improve your fuel economy by using a less efficient fuel.

Gen I Honda fits are good for 10% ethanol. Gen II you can use UP to 20% with no problems. If you use a 50/50 mixture you will ruin parts of your fuel delivery system.
