They have Japanese coupes, they're a Honda Civic STD, an EJ7.
In Japan, they are RHD. This is very easy for them to do, only the unit-body chassis is shipped over there with minimal body/interior parts (ie trunk, rear deck/plastics/seats), and the rest is built using the same parts as any hatch (including all replaceable exterior panels, firewall, drivetrain, engine, etc).
They do not have "SiR" (goddamn, hate this term because EVERY car has them) bumpers. They look just like a USDM coupe, except they happen to have a D16A engine (equivalent to our D16Y5 HX engine), and are RHD.

You're thinking of the "Honda of America" badge, which is placed on some American-manufactured vehicles sold in Japan, such as CD-accords and EJ-civics.
They're placed on the fenders for Coupes and the c-pillars on Sedans/Wagons.

That's not the make / brand name. That's the badge they put on American built cars sold in Japan by Honda. It's also on some Accords.

Re: (NOFX)
the moldings your asking about are the optional bumper prots used on civic/del sol/ferio's of EG generation civics. there are jdm retailers that sell them stateside.

Ha, yeah, same here.
I spent awhile there and I saw probably <10 civics (at least 5th and 6th gen ones).
Everybody's got new cars over there...not too many "JDM 5th and 6th gen hatches" like everybody think there are...
Don't matter much though, there was an early 70's challenger stopped at a redlight on a Tokyo street and everybody stopped to stare at it - so at least they know where the real sex is . Only a little rust by the bumper.
I think I got pictures of it, everybody's all like =-O.
