Default P0131 CEL problem, any solutions?( O2 low voltage)

I'm getting a P0131 O2 sensor problem [P0131 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Circuit Low Voltage], I've taken it to the shop and had them change the O2 and directly wire it to the ecu. Still have the code. They've cleared it each time and it pops up after driving for a few minutes. Is there anything else that needs to be checked that is bad aside from the O2 with this code? If it helps it's one long blink.
