Question: I'm about to order your 250.09.450 springs for the front (98 integra with 350/350 CS2), I was wondering at how many inches from center of the wheel to the fender does it have to be to achieve a 1" drop with that spring rate?

* With the #250.09.450 springs installed the front of your 98 Integra, our suggested ride height is 12.5"-11.5".
* 12.5" ride height is about 1.5" drop from OEM (approx), depending on year and model.
* Our CS2 system is not designed to operate higher than 12.5" as the housing and shock rod are shorter than OEM.

Reporting in. Just participated in my first autoX in two years. I'm running the csII set up with the 450/350 on my 96' Dx hb. On my car I only have a ex front sway bar at the moment and -2* f/r. I went a little lower that recommended only to get some negative camber in the front and just matched the rears. Car handled pretty okay but rubbing my 205/50/15 re11a's was the single biggest issue.

I went to this event just to get a feel for the car and get a baseline as it was the last event of the season. For next had I will run adjustable fca to dial in my alignment better. I will also play with the 14mm Gsr and 22mm type r rear sway bars along with switching the coil springs around.

Hey chiprez.
Thanks for posting here. Are you running a D series or B-swap? If the course is pretty smooth, you could go up in rear spring rate to help the turn-in and balance, 450# to 550#, although it would be a sacrifice in DD ride quality. You may already be aware of this as you mentioned 'switching coils around'. I sent you a PM too.

I still running the stock d16. Yea I've thought about keeping the 450's out front and replacing the rears with 550's as well. I don't drive the car too much on the street since my Integhra serves as my dd. What is the cost of replacement springs?

Last week we set up Carter Gillespie's Integra for some track events he has planned. He went from a 'DD' 350/350 CS2 setup to 550/550 'square' setup with a new front splitter arrangement and a supercharged K20 swap We adjusted the alignment settings for track use, and set corner weights at 50% cross-weight. The project is just rolling out now, and still needs some dyno work and basic 'new project car' sorting-out. Carter and his dad Brian, have made this a fun family project, and will have a blast tracking this car out West this season. We'll be featuring some segments this project during 2016, so stay tuned.
