Got my new 450# front springs! Along with 949 Racing 6ul's, 15x8 with 205/50/15 Dunlop Direzza Z102 tires.

Front is 11.5", and rear is 11.75".. might raise it up a little..
450#f, 350#r along with 14mm sway bar. Still love these coilovers.

Im debating on 350 350 and 450 450 for my 90 integra 4dr. Lots of hooning around on twisty roads and some drag time on the weekends. Car will be boosted eventually so im thinking 450 450 would work best. Any opinions?

Definitely 450# fronts for your teggy. We suggest 450/350 for a DD/sporty setup with some predictable understeer. It's also better for 'less than ideal' road conditions. Yes, 450/450 will launch a bit better, and be more choppy on rough and uneven highway sections. There is more info in post #1 as well.

450# front/350# rear is a good middle ground. My friend has 450# front / 450# rear and it's a lot more choppy then mine. Still feels good though!

Good point about the choppyness. I guess in the future if I did want 450 rears it woukd be easy to buy some springs since you guys list the spring dimensions

I have a 96 civic hatch that has progress coilovers with 350f/350r it rides alright on smooth roads but can be rough on bad roads should I upgrade to 450f and leave 350 rear for my daily driver. Thanks

Hello. Check your ride heights first, using the method from our instructions (see steps 24-25). Then give us a call and lets discuss your setup. Generally, going to stiffer springs will not improve the ride quality unless you are bottoming out.

Pre assembled my kit so i could make sure i have everything and to make it easier to assemble once i rip apart the car in the morning. Ill post more pics once i wrench on it. These things are friggin sweet. I noticed the adjustment wrench has a bottle opener on it haha

2.5 hours worth of work and in done! This thing rides freaking awesome. Granted, before i had shot stock struts and egay springs but still. Handling is very predictable and smooth. A lot of roads i hated are just roads now

I have the 1988 rear lower control arms on my crx. I'm sure you're aware the control arms are differnet than the 89-91's. Do you have a set that works with these?
