First of all, the proper size tire for your car (I have one too) is 195/55-15 or 205/50-15. 195/50 is too small.
As far as "best"... best for what? For drag racing ONLY, get drag radials. For track events, R compound track tires. For street driving, it depends on how much you care about performance vs cost and treadlife. And it also depends on whether you need to use them in snow.
For all-around performance for street driving with an occasional autocross or track event, if you don't care about treadlife (how frequently you will need to replace the tires), the Falken Azenis RT-615 in 205/50-15 is an excellent choice, for $78 from Vulcan Tire. Expect them to last around 10K miles on your car. There are other choices that will last longer and/or cost less and/or do better in rain - and if you're interested in any of those things, say so - but nothing short of dedicated track tires will grip better than this tire.

I am looking for a tire that will give good traction on the 1/4 mile track, and still be good on the street. I live in the caribbean so snow is not an issue.

Yes, I mentioned that size in my previous post.

Yes, I also mentioned Vulcan Tire. You could have guessed the name of their website. But you can click here to go straight to their web page for this particular tire.

I don't know if they will ship to the caribean. That's going to be a little tricky, I have enough problems trying to get internet companies to ship to Canada.

Discount Tire also carries Falken tires (but I don't know whether or not they ship to Canada or the Caribbean, either).

RT-615 for sure. Shipping to Canada is hard but tirerack.com will do it, so they may ship to Carribean too, call vulcantire, tirerack and discounttire.com, or email. They will tell you forsure.
Other recommendations:
Hankook R-S2 Z212 (competition with RT-615) and quite sticky. I run these on my daily driver from March to Oct
