Default underseer solutions!

i drive a 91 civic si with a b18c swap, to counter understeer, i need to go with a wider tire in front, and thinner in back. any one got specific #'s that work well. i run 99-00 si rims,

Is this for racetrack use? If not, you should be able to use four matching tires and adjust your tire pressures as needed for handling purposes on the street.

i want the best results, its a weekend track car and my daily driver. i was thinking of going 215 50 15 in fornt and 195 50 in back. i have 205 50 right now and the rear of my car sways as i go over a bump on the fwy.

Don't do it. The only tires available in 215/50-15 are really crappy tires, like the BFG g-Force Sport. So the front is not going to grip well.

It sounds to me like your car is understeering because your tires are not very good. With crappy tires, you can turn the wheel and the car just won't respond very well. If you want really good handling, start with really good tires. I would just get four identical tires. You can get the Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R or Toyo R1R, both in 195/50-15 for around $116, or the Falken Azenis RT-615 in 205/50-15 for around $80.

Not to mention...he can still rotate the tires front to back unlike a staggard setup.
