Default putting directional tires on the wrong side cause drifting?

so i lately i been trying to figure out why my car pulls to the left. i swap out the whole driver side suspension with new parts. and it still pulled to the left.

so i decided to cross swap the front tires. now the car drifts to the right not pull . will directional tires not facing the right way affect the car pull/drift left or right

No.

However, running directional tires the wrong way will absolutely kill wet traction.

Correct.

Drifting to one side is not caused by the tires going in the wrong direction. It's possible one of your wheels is bent, or your car may need an alignment. If you (or a friend) have another set of wheels and tires known to be good, that you can swap onto the car, that would isolate the problem to either the wheels/tires, or the car's suspension.
