Nexen N'Fera SU1

I want to run a 225/45/16 on a 16x8 and I don't have many options. Has anyone tried the Nexen N'Fera SU1? I couldn't find much online other than retailers. No reviews, videos, comparisons, anything. I'm looking for actual user feedback, and not "why don't you buy some real tires" comments
