So I have some rc starks that I would like to change the offset on them and color . I been looking for a custom rim shop that will be able to do this work but I only found one and they are memory fab. Now I talked to them and asked them about the rim work and they said yes they can do it. It will be 250 per rim. Now before I send them 1000 bucks I need to know if any body has had work done from them and what kind of quality work was done . I keep sending them emails about what I want to get done and how I want the lip to be but they don't respond back . So I'm having doubts that if they can't answer some simple emails then I might have a long wait time on my rims getting done. And yes I know that they might be busy and swamped with work but I just want to feel secure on my rims to get done right and be promised a certain time .

MemoryFAB is a reliable company, but they typically are rather busy. As for R/C Starks, they are rather challenging to modify given their construction.

I'd ask what warranties they can offer (both finish and structural) before handing them the $$$$.
