AFAIK, there has not been a test of the RT-615 in wet. The only test of the RT-615 I'm aware of was the one in Grassroots Motorsports, which tested autocross lap times only on dry pavement.
If traction in rain is a big priority for you, some other tires are probably a better choice for you. Including the F1 GS-D3, which is awesome in rain.

The Z212 was included in the Grassroots Motorsports test. The T1-R was included (along with the Goodyear F1 GS-D3) in the Car and Driver test, downloadable there or on the Tire Rack website. I've never heard of Kumho (not Kuhmo) V70A tires - did you make that one up yourself?

Kumho's website lists the v70a and the ecsta v700 as being one and the same. (source here). However, Ive only ever heard it called by the latter name.
In either case, its an R-compound track tire, and while it is DOT approved its far from being a street tire. If you are looking for street tires that are good in wet conditions look elsewhere. If you need wets for roadrace/autocross, there are track specific tires designed for rainy conditions.
