Default how do i re clear coat my si wheels

jus got some si rims but the clear coat is scratch i want to re clear coat the rims can somebody help?

I think he is gonna do it himself but just wants to know the procedure on how you suppose to do it right? And besides what is your problem with that comment "how bout you do it yourself instead of asking us to help"? This is suppose to be honda-TECH. To help one another. Unless your telling him to search?

Anyway if you strip them down you will be better off using a metal polish to get the shine back as regular spray clearcoat is not going to give you that stock look and will not last. Just use the metal polish and go to town and polish those bad boys up....


also if you use a polish you will deff want to get at least a orbital buffer a 7" orbital would work (craftsman or a turtle wax) as they are easy to get and arent to much $$ - or a good smaller pad for a drill. Best would be a good variable speed buffer to get it looking minty fresh....

thanks i did some researchs and found some aircraft strippers so i guess im going to polish them

How do you think you helped this guy out? The point here is to help each other if you don't know how that is done I would suggest you learn quickly because around here people aren't too fond of newbie talking like that!
