Are these tires directional or non-directional? I know they have an inside/outside to mount the tires, but are they directional? I just want to know, because the tread pattern on the tires kinda look like they may be directional.

They are asymetrical. They have an outside and inside.

Once they are mounted properly they can go on all 4 corners.
