245/40/17 or 235/40/17 for my WRX for track days? Help me out!
I'm looking at replacing my chewed up fk451's with some 245/40/17 kumho mx's on my 8 inch 5 zigen wheels.
Would this tire size cause side wall "balooning" or side wall flex?
should I just stick to a 235/40/17 tire?
Any input is appreciated.

Ask on a WRX board or a Subaru board, where you will get more expertise about your car. Maybe you haven't noticed, but this board is for questions about Honda and Acura vehicles.
