205 vs 195 ?
My rims will be arriving shortly (15x6.5 Gold Rota SA's)
But i'm confused after reading all the threads on tire sizes...
What will look and perform well on an EK hatch?
205/50/15 or 195/50/15
Thanks in advance.

Re: 205 vs 195 ?
I have that size wheel and I use a 195/50 on my 98 civic. I made my chose based on rubbing issues. My friend has a 99 the was very low and had rubbing issue, I am not as low but I rather be safe than sorry. Being 6.5 the 195 will look better, a 205 tire would be wider then the wheel, if you know what I mean

If it's a '96, you should be using 195/50-15. Don't get 205/50-15, which is too big.
If it's a '97-00, you should be using either 195/55-15 or 205/50-15. Don't get 195/50-15, which is too small.

Unless there are some wheel well or suspension geometry differences that I am unaware of.

Most 195/50-15 and 195/55-15 tires are recommended for mounting on wheels 5.5-7.0" wide, and most 205/50-15 tires are recommended for mounting on wheels 5.5-7.5" wide. On a 15x6, 15x6.5, or 15x7, you can use any of these sizes.
