15x8 or 7 (?) offset wheels on 91 civic
I am planning on picking up a set of rims for my 1991 civic. The rims can either come in 15x7 or 15x8 .. and Specialized offsets ranging from "0" upto "+48"
I am picking up a set of coil overs for the civic as well.
My question is...What is the best rim and tire size to go with? I really want to slam the car.
These are the wheels that I want to go with.

15x7 and 195/50-15
For offset, you'll want to measure on your car, at your desired ride height and camber (if adjustable), to get it as flush as you'd like it.

If you are wanting to slam it, the wheel and tire size suggested above is good, and I'd go further to suggest a wheel with +41mm - +43mm offset.
Hint: You'll get a little more inner clearance if you'll run DA front knuckles...and you'll gain a hair more negative camber, too.

i like agressive, so I'd suggest 15x8 in +24 offset on 225/45/15. *(this gives you the exact same backspacing as oem, so no inner clearance issues).
You can go with a 225/50/15 if you want a little taller sidewall.
