15x8 4x100 steelies. Do they exist?
I like the sleeper look of my stock 14 inch steelies, but I want to put some wider performance tires on and I don't think the width of the stock steelies is gonna work out so well. Does anyone have any rim recommendations? I did some searching, but wasn't able to find anything.

Cool, thanks for the info guys. Even a 15x7 rim would be fine. I'm not really set on any certain tire size yet, I'd be open to suggestions there too. Right now I'm running 14 in steelies with some cheap 185/70/14 tires on my eg and they get pretty sketchy sometimes with my H23A1 swap so I'm looking to upgrade. I'll try to find some info on those Scion steelies.

Found some Scion xb wheels on eBay. looks like they're 15x6.
I also just found these that look like they'd fit. They're 15x6.5, not bad.

'01-'05 Civic had 15x6 +45 steel wheels. I've had a set on the daily for years now that I got as take offs from a brand new '01 (!!).
That's interesting. I've wanted to have a set in 7.5" that will still fit the covers, but the DR ones are not really meant for a street car and having something rebarreled will cost more than buying a nice set of alloys, so I've just never done it.
How much did it cost for the build up, if you don't mind me asking?

I see 4x100 widened steelies on the VW forums every once in awhile (a set just recently sold on VWvortex).
Here's someone selling 15x8's in NJ: VWVortex.com - Part out: ce2 jetta Aba swapped that runs great cNJ
Ford also made 15x7 steelies for some of the older mustangs, but I think those were 4x108 so you'd have to run adapters or redrill.
