besides the hack job lifts, how do the driveshafts even turn with such an extreme angle? some of those look over 45 degrees!

Normally they use a double u-joint off the case and than just turn the axles to compensate on the other end.

my main questions is do these dipshits know what they are doing is dangerous and ghetto and they just dont care or are they really just stupid enough to think this is acceptable?

i'm just floored by some of this.

I don't think the first weld i ever made looked that bad. That is flat out embarrassing. Why would you take a pic and post that on the interweb?

and what is up with "I don't have square tubing so I'll just stitch weld some angle iron together"</TD></TR></TABLE>

the very first thing i welded was galvanized conduit that i welded with a home depot wire feed flux core welder. it still looked better than most of these pics.

I think I'd submit the following website:

Yeah, pretty much no explanation necessary, if you ask me.

This is what happens when we have a few of our friends over on a cold *** Friday night and way too much beer. in under 6 hours a normal CRX went from daily driver to super ghetto death trap with a GT28RS on it. we built it ghetto on purpose to race the Chopper shop next door. they built a ghetto turbo ford festiva in two days. they kept coming asking for parts and after the 10th trip in i had to follow them back to their shop to find out what the hell they were up to.

This thing lasted for about a month, we did allot of tearing around in this thing...
a little more info, there were no doors,no hatch,no passenger seat, we sure had fun riding shot gun... we made door bars out of some scrap shelf posts we had laying around, the seat was a 240sx seat welded to the car, a ratchet strap for a seat belt. that wing you see is really as wide as our shop door in fact it was really really dangerous and caught a person in the head once. we added a headlight on top of the intercooler via duct tape since we drove this thing at night alot. It had donuts on the rear tires normal tires up front. we ended up blowing out the auto transmission and seizing up the Cheap *** ebay GT28rs eventually the snow fried the exposed ECU and we scrapped it.

whooaaa .. that really bordum at least you admit to it had to do with all bordum.
I seen a kid at the local track with a few of his buddy in a GEO and they had some crap like that done to it Ireally wished i had pictures of that crap with some getto side mount exhaust everything stick out the hood. And then acted all calm and like if the car was a ferrai had team geo painted all over the sides. And worst of all he ran like a 20 and sprayed oil all over the track!!!! That was . Just figured i share that with H-t!

Had a kid come to us over the summer to look over his car and see if we could help him make it less ghetto after a local shop charged hime $7500 to install a turbo kit on his GTI the 7500 did not include the turbo kit itself.....kid came over and this is one sweet piece we found lol.

Best part is at a show the next month they had a booth setup. So while they had a decent amount of people over checking them out we thought it would be fun to go give them back the downpipe incase they needed to use it on another car... Needless to say they didnt think it was as funny as we did
