Default Upper Radiator Pipes (Good / Bad) Stainless or Aluminum?

What are your guys opinion on stainless or aluminum upper radiator pipes, on every car I ever own I always end up making it out of stainless and adding a bung for water temp so i dont have to drill and tap a factory line.

Which material do you prefer to use, and which do you think would be the most logical to use. I prefer Stainless for it's strength, and versatility, however alot of people seem to prefer aluminum.

Oh and for fun check out this twin turbo kit i made for the 350z Twin GT37Rs, twin tial 44mm wastegates, 5.1'' thick garrett core yada yada

hopefully, its a 4.3l stroker, 3.5'' downpipes 5'' single exit exhaust, standalone, 1600cc injectors etc. w/ 150 direct port, granted its not a race car and all of the numbers it does produce will only be used for show purposes

Very impressive work on the 350Z. I'm sure getting all that to fit is no easy task. As for the coolant pipe, I would use aluminum. I think aluminum is so much easier to work with (cutting, grinding, etc) and it's heat properties are better. Either one would probably work equally as good, but I would prefer aluminum. Just my .02

Aluminum would disapate heat better then the stainless steel and as ssmdc2 said it would be must easier to work with.

I'd love to see some more pics of the Z manifolds. Do you have any out of the car?

Thanks,

Did you get a standalone that would control the VCT system? I've been looking for something good that can do it but haven't had any luck. I have one in a 240sx.
