Was it a bad manifold and thats why it's in the corner? Some of the pictures look like it's dejected and cowering in fear...
Seriously tho, nice work.

It may be the angle of the camera, but it appears your vtec solenoid will get cooked.

it has an inch or so of clearance i think it will be ok, but i might heat rap it just to be safe.

i finished welding the runners, i only have to weld them to the head flange and the collector.

Id like to see it with the turbo mounted, seems like the intake will be pointing right at that strut tower.

Since this is for S2000s.

Here is my new one.

AHHH that makes a hell of a lot more sense now, some reason I thought you were just putting a t3 flange on the end

Nice job.
Are you welding your runners in a fixture?
If not are you having any issues with shrinkage or warping?

At first i thought the angle of the turbo was going to make it a bit difficult to fit the DP in there, but after seeing the finished product, i have to give you credit. It looks great

i am still confused as to why the turbo points down? it makes no sense to have it like that.

Just wondering what CFM that IC is rated for? or a brand even? That turbo looks pretty big for the IC but for for the sake of my build (smallish IC) some input would be great.

That IC looks similar in size to a precision 750, but I may be mistaken.
