Default Intercooler piping help needed

Hey guys

Just trying to figure out how to route the hot side intercooler piping. Having issues picturing
how to do this. Stuck on this last piece and could use some points.

I'm thinking of doing a 90 degree bend downwards and going under the front radiator
support.

Let me know what you guys think.

thanks

If you wanna drop the pipe that low, either go under the support or the fluid reservoir, I personally would just remove the fluid reservoir and go threw that way.

yea, that seems like the easiest route to take. I'd hate to get rid of the fluid reservoir.
But i guess you gotta loose a little to gain a little lol

unless you go backdoor that windshield washer tank has to go, doesn't matter which honda you have

the hot pipe would hang too low if you ran it under the tank

not too familiar with that chassis, but can't you just notch a 3" hole next to that large opening in order to get the pipe in there nice and tight, while also keeping the washer res?

This is a good example of where it would be nice to have a backdoor setup.

The a/c stuff would most likely get in the way and it looks like it has a full size radiator.

I'd recommend this option for a 5th gen lude

I think it does as well, but if you trim the rad support a bit and place the backdoor high on the intercooler there is definitely room for 2.5" piping to fit through there. Of course this is considering he can/has access to that type of modification.

Otherwise, yeah, dump the resevoir and have fun.

You can relocate the washer resevoir, they sell some that are quite small and can fit in alot of places, but obviously would need to be filled after you use them a little

I have one on my old cvic and switched it over to the passenger side fenderwell, holds about 750ml
