Harbor Freight TIG Welder
Has anyone used a Harbor Freight TIG welder with good results? Are they dependable? I see on there website they have 2 different ones. I am looking for one that is cheap and reliable I don't have much to spend. If these are bad quality what is a good reliable brand that is fairly cheap to buy?

I bought the 100$ one. So far it works great. I havent welded any plate metal with it, but ive used it on some sheet metal and some tubing, im about to use it on my rhd conversion. I also got the auto darkening helmet for 45$. That one works perfect.

Best part? You can follow this webpage right back to here.

Hate it when that search button doesn't work.
You won't see me using one, I like having pedal control and being able to do aluminum and not worrying about whether or not my sucking is because of the machine or me. I know it's me.
But if you're looking for a nicer TIG, Hobart is Miller's "cheaper" company, look into what they're selling.
