Well, I never thought this would happen, but here I am putting this up for sale. I am the 2nd owner of this car. I bought this civic five years ago as a one owner car that was completely stock save for the head unit. It had 98,800 miles when I bought it and now it has almost 112,000 on the original body. Everything you see in front of you has been done by me, a former Honda technician. Everything on the car has been replaced save for the dash, interior panels, glass, and all outside metal panels. The paint is even the original paint for this car, which is 20 years old now. It has been garage stored since it has been in my possession and has only seen rain a few times. Everything except the mileage listed, has about 10k miles on it now. Anyhow enough with babbling and onto the goods.

Engine:
1998 B18B1 (Completely rebuilt with OEM Honda and name brand performance parts)
-Crower Stage 2 cams
-Crower Dual Coil Valve Springs with Crower Titanium Retainers
-SuperTech Black Nitrite Coated Valves (Both Intake and Exhaust)
-Brand New OEM valve seals
-Crower Polished Adjustable cam gears
-ARP Main Studs
-ARP Head Studs
-ARP Rod Bolts
-JDM .20 Over Pistons (Yields a Compression Ratio of 11.3:1)
- New Honda OEM Integra oil pump (Since all Integra oil pumps are the same part number)
- Brand OEM Honda Cam seals, Head Gasket, Distributor o ring and cam seal plug
- Felpro valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket. (Replaced the Honda Gaskets after initial break in and cleaning oil pan plus readjusting valves.)
-OEM ITR Spark Plugs
-Brand new OEM Main bearings and connecting rod bearings
-Head has been ported and polished (Ports have been opened up to B16 size on both exhaust and intake sides)
-Hondata Intake Gasket( Port Matched to head and Intake manifold)
-Skunk2 Pro Series Manifold (Port Matched to head and Intake Manifold)
-OEM Honda ITR Throttle Body(Has brand new Honda gasket)
-Valve cover been powder coated midnight blue
-Custom Car fiber spark plug cover
- Car was tuned By John Kerr at Innovative Motorworks in Carlisle Pennsylvania.
- Ac has been completely removed. ( The proper way with the plastic duct, the body plugs and switch cover.)
-This motor spins to an 8,000 rpm redline reliably.

Bolt Ons:
-Skunk2 2.5 inch cat back exhaust
-Weapon-R cat like resonator/test pipe (Has less then 75 miles on it) (Here to pass the visual emissions inspection in Pennsylvania.
-PLM RMF Header ( Has less then 75 miles on it since new.)
- K&N Air Filter on 3inch tubing

Transmission:
-Brand new from Honda USDM ITR Transmission (Paid $1900 from Honda with my employee discount.)
-Exedy Stage 1 Clutch
- Advance Clutch Technology 11 pound Flywheel (So car is not a pain the *** to drive on the street.)
-B&M 2 point short shifter
-Energy Suspension Shifter bushing kit

Cooling:
-Brand new Mishimoto radiator (Less then 150 miles on the new one.)
-SLIM FAN 12 inch spaal like fan (Less then 150 miles on it.

Suspension:
- Buddy Club N+ coilovers
- USDM ITR Front and Rear sway bars
- Spoon Rep Strut Tower bars
- Skunk2 Pro Series Camber Kits Front and Rear
- LS Meshes powder coated Bengal Black (Wheels have not chipped once in the 5 years they have been on this car.)
- Dunlop Direzza ZZII ( Less then a 1,000 miles on the tires.)

Brakes:
-Techna Fit Stainless Steel Brake lines (These are Blue)
- Integra Master Cylinder ( Has about 70k miles on it. I know because it was a previous car I owned.)
- Rear Disc conversion (Parts have about 70K miles on them. Again came from a car I once owned.)
- Brand new stoptech pads at all four corners. (About 500 miles on this.)
- Brand new brake discs at all four corners. (About 500 miles on this.)
- ITR Front brake conversion ( Has ITR calipers, ITR pads on 11.1 inch Mini Cooper Front rotors)
- 40/40 95 Integra RS Prop Valve

Exterior:
-JDM **** Front spoon rep lip (JDM **** is not even a company anymore,)
-ABS Dynamics Rear Spoon Rep Duckbill spoiler (Has 3rd brake light and rear washer nozzle installed in back.)
- Seibon OEM carbon fiber hood
- Brake cooling ducts ( Made by Member on here. I can’t remember the user name though.)
- Black housed headlights with glass lenses and retrofitted HID Projectors.
-Vision Clear Corners
- Red and clear taillights.
- 35% window tint on all window
- 35% sun strip on windshield

Interior:

-Front seat are from a 2000 Integra LS (No tears anywhere)
-New Black Carpet
-The original black cargo cover that came with the car. ( I don’t think this is possible anymore.)
- Skunk2 Neo Chrome Limited Edition Shift ****
- Custom Rear seat Delete wrapped in matching black carpet ( Took me two weeks to build and it be taken back out and easily returned to stock.) I also have the all the parts to put the rear seats back in.
- OEM civic armrest
- Door panels and armrest cushion are wrapped in royal blue and black plaid.
- Strut King stainless pedals
- Rear speakers installed with Brand new SI speaker covers
- Interior lights have been converted to amber.
- OEM clock (Also amber)
- UKDM Speedometer face installed over original odometer (Speedometer reads to 140 mph now.)
- Optional JDM SIR-S Momo Steering wheel ( I have only seen 2 of these in my entire life, this is one of them.)
- Integra Map Light
- Integra Cargo light

Sound System:
- Two Alpine 12 type e subs mounted in sealed subwoofer boxes
- 500 watt mono Alpine amp
- Pioneer speakers all around.
- Brand new Sony Head unit ( Has literally only been used 3 or 4 times.)

The Bad:
- The only thing this car needs to be perfect is paint and minor body work.
- There is about a dime sized spot of rust on the left rear quarter. There is no rust at all on the original right side quarter.
- There are dents here and there from the original owner not being able to drive in her final driving days.

This car has been my pride and joy for the last five years since I bought it. I have all the parts to fix this car to make it what it was new. Including the discontinued OEM Honda rear bumper. I am planning on fixing all of the bad stuff listed above in three weeks time. However if I do that the price of the car will go up, when I decide to sell it again. I understand that this is a civic and is not worth the $10,000 that I have wrapped up in everything, but I at the same time I will not give this car away. I will be open to offers, but please don’t offer me $3,000 for it. I’m NOT interested in TRADES or PARTING IT OUT. Please don’t ask me. I am willing to ship this car but buyer will pay for it. If you want to drive it, that’s cool too. Although I would advise against a cross country trip, because this thing is loud. If you have any questions PM me with them. I have unlimited texting and that will be easier to explain things. Thanks for your time and lets get this thing sold.

$5,000 without extra parts to fix the body.

Again I am flexible on the price but do not low ball me.

Thank you. About 175 or 170 at this point. Made 165 when I had it tuned with the DC header on. That header had a 2.25 collector. Exhaust is now 2.5 the whole way through now.
