FS/FT 99 Honda Civic Ex H2b (daily driven and Adult owned)
Adult owned, driven, and built. I have all receipts and title in hand.
Reliability, comfort, and simplicity was the thought process.
Sale Price: $7500 OBO
Trades: Cars must be Manual, OEM or Minor modifications
97-01 Honda Preludes 5 speed only
02-06 Acura RSX
04-08 Acura TSX
03-08 Honda Element
Car: 1999 Honda Civic EX (Pwr windows/Locks, sunroof)
Miles On Chassis 175,000
Miles on Swap Approx. 60,000
Interior: 9/10
-Complete Color Code K interior, in other words everything out of an SI (99-00) I used as a parts car. Even the carpet is new.
-JDM ITR Black Recaro seats 8.5/10 condition (4 out of 4 holes bolted in; I welded a bracket), OEM SI rear seats
-Custom Black Tweed Arm rests and center console rest
-Carbon Fiber accents
-Momo Tuner Steering wheel, Works Bell (made in Japan) Removable steering wheel, and Nrg adapter
-K-Tuned Shifter, will need a new shifter **** since the one if I have is custom from my girlfriend
-Aftermarket Shifter Bushings ES, lightly lubed to avoid squeaking
-Civic SiR Jdm cluster, reads in KMH
-AEM A/F Gauge, mechanical Oil pressure gauge
-Radar Detector Wired-in with Wire tucked out of the way
-Pioneer head unit with USB outlet and Kicker speakers all around, Si Oem Tweeters (highs)

-Hondata S300 tuned by John Vega from Phearble
-New Timing belt and Balance Shaft belt
-New Water Pump
-KS Tuned timing belt tensioner
-Competition Clutch Kit
-New Clutch Master Cylinder and Slave
-New Napa GSR Axles
-All seals on both Motor and Transmission have been replaced (Ie, rear mean seals, axle seals, etc... )
-Stock OEM Motor
-Napa Flywheel (Have a B series Fly wheel that needs to be resurfaced but will come with car)
-Olive Green Wire loom and mild tuck
-EK9 intake tube purchased from HMO
-Ported Intake manifold and removed butterflies
-Solid Innovative Motor Mounts
Exhaust:
-2.5" K Teller Pipes, Vibrant Resonator, and Comptech Muffler (A little loud for my taste, was saving for a LHT Twin Loop Header back exhaust)
-OEM Exhaust Manifold
Suspension:
-Ex Front Sway bar installed(I also have 92-96 end links and an SI/CTR front sway bar that will come with car)
-SI rear sway bar
-Ground Control coilcover (350) and Koni Yellow adj shocks
-Not slammed, again I daily drive this car and she has been aligned/preloaded
-OEM SI Rims
Exterior:
-Taf White, previous owner did a respray
-OEM Si front lip, side skirts, and rep Mugen rears
The Fixes I haven't gotten to:
-Horn needs to be connected
-Hood slightly open because of H2B
-Hood Webbing removed
-NO AC but I have ALL of the components including adapter plate, all under dash intact
-A few dings and dents
-sloppy vacuum lines and replace the Oil pressure gauge
-Fuel line, I have a custom Steel braided and was going to get a Rosko Racing Fuel rail
*** I will be fixing these above issues as time permits ***
At one point I was driving over 50 miles a day, no issues.
Extra parts: Eg subframe, LCA, and forks
-Spare set of separted 99-00 Civic Headlights
-SI/CTR front Sway Bar
-Front and Rear Wheel Spacers

Updated Trades.
Also upgrading the header, the radiator, hoses, and tie rods. Recently replaced the starter and will be finishing up the AC install once the after market headers are installed.
