FS/FT: 2004 Civic Si (k20a2/Kpro)
Just looking for a trade+cash or a straight buy out if you meet my asking price. I've this for 2 years and it's never given me a single issue, not a single CEL. This car is 100% solid. The car originally had a JRSC k20a3, blew up, replaced with k20a2 and tuned at Church Auto by the original owner. The car was brought to Toms River, NJ by original owner where my friend purchased it. I purchased the vehicle from my friend. All paint/body work has been done by Jost Auto in Wall, NJ. Alignment, exhaust install, audio install, door lock actuators, etc... done by Chris@66MVP in Neptune, NJ.

Odds/End:
-Clutch/Flywheel was done in January 2011. Tie rod ends, shifter cables, buddy club shifter, shifter base bushings, prothane bushings, lower ball joints were done with the clutch.
-Axles replaced in February 2012 after I grenaded the passenger axle.
-New OEM Idler Pulley/Gates Serpentine belt April 2012.
-Alignment was done in September 2011, nothing has been touched since then.
-I just had the front bumper, lip, driver side fender and rear bumper resprayed as well as the wing paintmatched with OEM VBP by Jost Auto Body in Wall, NJ. The hood, passenger fender and mirrors are next. I have an estimate for the work in hand from Jost.
-I have Buddy Club N+ coilovers w/ Rsx-s tie rod ends to replace the F2 coilovers.
-Also have Megan front coilovers for an rsx w/ brand new pillowball mounts.
-I have a 3" exhaust in my garage to go with the car.
-Also have an rsx-s buddy club spec 2 to go with the car.
-The trans has typical second gear issues, not prominent but it happens on occasion.
-Passenger side window had been smashed when the car was broken into a couple years ago. Window was replaced w/ oem. Window visor was broken off with the window and is now missing 2 clips.
-Both door lock actuators have been replaced.
-Originally had 5 channel amp wired f/r-l/r speakers and to a sub, so there's some unused extra cables.
-I have the original radio.
-Car is equipped w/ aftermarket alarm and remote start.
-Every suspension oriented bolt I've ever touched has been coated w/ anti-seize including all bolts in the brake calipers.
-The mirror glass is prone to fall out of the mirrors on these cars. The driver side glass has new adhesive and the passenger glass has been replaced and obviously has new adhesive.
For everything I'm asking $12,500. As always, this is OBO and parts can be removed to make a fair price. As for trades I'd like a swapped eg/ek/dc+cash. I don't want your primed, shitbox, non-running project.

Thanks, I don't need to sell it but my first child is due at the end of August and I'd like to free up some cash.
