Hey HT. It's finally time for me to part ways with my Hatch. A daily for my years in college and has been sitting in my garage for the past year awaiting all the parts that I stacked up over the years. I'm moving soon, I don't need a project at the moment, and just simplifying my garage all together. Paint is all it really needs, no real body work is needed. She has 2 or 3 tiny dings that are hard for my point-and-shoot camera to capture and a little chipped paint and scratches here and there. The interior is very clean and I'll even detail it before the new owner takes her away. I've listed it as it sits right now and I don't drive it at all. Smog will be taken care of too when buyer is ready to take her home.
