Default 88' fully built LSV TURBO Civic Hatch

throwing this out there for a feeler..i really don't want to part ways with this build.. a lot of MONEY, time, blood, sweat, and tears has gone into this car but financially I need the money and it doesn't really need that much more work to be finished so here it is!
*I was building for street/drag/or circuit!! I was aiming for 4-500hp and could easily get way more than that!

1988 Honda Civic Hatchback DX
Unknown miles on shell
0 miles on a brand new built motor!!!

MODS:
- Del Sol (2 row slim) radiator
-spal electric fan
-jegs over flow can
-Hazport billet motor mounts (race)
-Hazports shift linkage
-panosonic cd player
-pioneer door speakers
-EF 4 door guage cluster (has tach)
-auto meter shift light
-DC sports short shifter
-energy suspension shifter bushings
-R1 shift ****
-Tenzo race seats (custom made seat brackets to bolt to factory sliders)
-VIS US/SIR carbon viber hood (bottom of inside skeleton is cut out to clear turbo setup)
-OEM SI front lip
-Front bumper is cut out to fit turbo setup
-back bumper has holes for battery shut off/kill switch
-new OEM fender linings
-new windshield
-new fuel tank
-wire tucked
-custom made block off plate for antenna
-rear wiper block off plug
-custom made plywood spare tire cover
-Greddy turbo timer
-AEM gauges (water temp, oil pressure, oil temp, a/f ratio)
-ef9 rear wing (needs painted to match)
-ef9 vin plate
-rear speaker pods with cerwin vega speakers

ALL GASKETS/SEALS have been replaced throught the whole motor!

BLOCK: B18A ALL parts are brand new!
-81mm GE fully sleeved
-81mm JE pistons 9-1 compression
-eagle H-beam rods
-Fluidampr crank pully (race)
-stock LS crank micro polished and balanced
-ACL main bearings, rod bearings, and thrust washers
-ARP main and rod bolts
-moroso oil pan
-GE LSV kit
-GSR oil pump
-GSR water pump
-thermostat
-oil filter
-gates racing timing belt

HEAD: B16A ALL parts are brand new! (except for cams)
-head is fully ported/polished
-fresh resurface
-3 angle valve job
-Ferrea valves
-bronze valve guides
-GE cam gears
-GSR cams
-BC (brian crower) dual valve springs and titanium retainers
-edelbrock victor X intake manifold (custom painted)
-hondata intake manifold gasket
-BWR (black works racing) RED cam cap
-custom painted valve cover with 2 -10 bungs on the front
-head gasket
-ARP head studs
-Professional products 68mm throttle body
-big catch can with lines

TRANS: B16 S1 cable trans case
-quiafe (LSD)
-swapped out the short b16 gears and put in ys1 LS long gears
-Type-R flywheel (resurfaced)
-ARP flywheel and pressure plate bolts
-DONT HAVE A CLUTCH YET
-DSS (drive shaft shop) level 2.9 axles

FUEL SETUP:
-walbro fuel pump
-(-6) stainless steel fuel feed line
-aeromotive fuel filter
-fuel pressure guage
-aluminum fuel return line
-AEM fuel pressure regulator
-GE fuel rail
-DSM style Precision 780cc injectors
-Type-R throttle cable and bracket

TURBO SETUP:
-LoveFab Ram Horn exhaust manifold
-Tial 44mm waste gate
-Greddy BOV (blow off valve)
-Turboworks custom back door intercooler
-down pipe/dump tube/IC (intercooler) piping
-Turbonetics ceramic ball bearing HP-76mm compressor wheel 4''/2.5 non ported shroud. F1-68mm turbine wheel T4 0.96 A/R turbine housing with 3'' v-band----HP rating 650-750
-3'' thermal exhaust

SUSPENSION SETUP: (parts have about 15k miles on them)
-energy suspension bushings all the way around
-Skunk2 pro-s full coilovers
-new wheel bearings
-new rotors
-new brake pads
-new wheel studs
-new front brake backing plates (dust shields)
-92 integra front and rear sway bars
-92 integra front and rear disc brakes
-92 integra brake booster/master cylinder/e-brake cables
(parts listed below are brand new)
-Skunk2 LCA (lower control arms)
-Skunk2 front ball joint/camber kit and rear camber kit
-ASR lower bar
-with BEAKS lower tie bar
-nuespeed front strut bar
-EM Racing rear strut tower Z bars
-Full Race front traction bar

ECU/IGNITION SETUP:
-Accel DFI Gen 7 (just updated to newer board design and flashed with newest updates) alot of time spent installing the computer!
-factory check engine light is still hooked up to it
-IAC option
-O2 option
-MSD ignition coil
-MSD ignition wires
-MSD ignition cap and rotor
-MSD ignition 6AL ignition box
-(distributor is gutted other than the cps and runs completely off the MSD and Accel to fire)
-2 step switch mounted but not hooked up

WHEELS:
-DRAG DR-20 15x7 black with machined/polished face and lip
-on Falken ZE-512 205/50R15

-lenso/exospeed fronts and skinnies
-slicks are 25x8.7x13 and the skinnies are 24'' tall on a 15'' rim

THE BADS:
-CAR IS NOT FINISHED! (would need a clutch, boost gauge, vacuum block,and boost controller to be complete)
-was in the process of relocating the battery to the trunk, fuse box inside, and MSD ignition box inside, would need finished
-dash is currently not installed due to ^ but the interior is missing rear hatch panels and carpet other wise it should be complete (was in the process of converting it to a crx dash and from a blue to black interior)
-no rear seats (was going to put a roll cage in)
-car does have some minor rust starting on passenger rear quarter panel
-hail damage on roof of car
-tint is messed up
-no heat/ac/or power steering
-motor is not installed car just needs to finish bing put back together

*even though it isn't finished im asking $12,000 FIRM I have way more into this car than that and I know im not going to get that all back but for the little bit that it needs and the potential this car has its well worth the price!

hold up..... you want 12 grand for a ef that doesnt have the motor installed, doesnt have a dash installed, has hail damage and has rust? i try not to bash on peoples threads but your smoking rocks to even want half that much..... you NEVER get the amount of money you have into a car back out of it......this must be the "i surely dont ever want to get rid of my car" price.... cause noone is ever going to offer you anywhere close to that, even if it was a fully finished car

But if you obviously have 12 grand to spend on this spending another 3k isn't out the question. It seriously surprises what goes through some peoples cabezas

**EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY**
From todays date (3/18) onward; anyone selling ANY product in the marketplace will be expected to post a picture of their item for sale with a sign included in the photo. On the sign, should be your username, date and the words Honda-Tech.com on it. It can be handwritten or printed on a piece of paper. No photoshopped signs will be accepted.

Lol yes that is the I don't really want to sell it pice, it was a feeler..and yes for less than 3k this car could be finished and will be finished! All the pics are in the link of the build and as for the rust, their is very minimal about the size of a dime and as for the hail damage on the roof of the car there's only like 3 little dings other wise the car is flawless! And for the guy who commented how is there even 12k in this build, almost every part is brand new on this car and I think you should do some research on how much this stuff actually costs! I needed the money to do some repairs to my house but instead of selling my car I went and got a loan soo I don't plan on selling it unless somebody want to give me 12k. in the meantime I will finish it and and enjoy driving it!
