1994 civic hatch modified b20/vtec CTR FS/FT updated info!!

I have for sale a 1994 civic hatch.I've had this car for awhile and it treats me great. It averages about 32mpgs. I honestly can't say the mileage on the chassis, the motor has about 30k since assembled. The chassis is rust free (car is from Virginia) but isn't perfect.There are a few minor dents and dings. I have no problem traveling to make the sale.
As far as the mods here's a small list.
b20z bottom end (higher compression compared to b20b)
ported b16a3 head with omni power flat faced high compression valves,dual springs,titanium retainers--head has new bronze valve guides and stem seals.
hondata intake manifold gasket and ARP head studs
Civic type R trans with 4.4FD and factory LSD
RStech tuned ECU with external datalog hookup
fully tucked engine bay
tanabe pro coilovers
01 GSR front disc brake and ball joints
01 GSR rear disc conversion
01 GSR brake booster,master cylinder,and prop valve
Stock JDM eg6 exhaust (car is dead silent, which is great)
Interior is pretty clean for its age.
I'm sure I'm forgetting something.
This car has not been ragged out or beat on I honestly just use it to commute(Hench stock exhaust)
Price is OBO and I would be interested in a trade for a 240sx ONLY. Prefer manual but I am open to auto.
