Default 1983 Honda Civic Wagon

Hello,

My family and I have decided to put this little classic up for sale and I want the car to go to a good home- to a family that knows what they are getting.

Model-
There was only my one model to the civic wagon which is similar to the DX trim model for the hatchbacks.

Engine-
The wagon only came with the CVCC 1500 engine.
Stock original motor with 100,180 miles. The miles will be going up since I drive the car to and from work.
Fresh oil change. 4/12/15
Rebuilt with a lot of new parts.
New fuel pump.
Brand, brand new starter. Dated 3/20
Brand, brand new alternator. Dated 3/28
New battery. Dated 3/28
I get many compliments for how clean the engine bay is

Suspension/Wheels & Tires-
Honda civic Si Wheels.
The car will come with a full size spare Si wheel/tire.

Exterior-
Repainted original color, metallic blue
Clean
Front and rear wipers work.
All components work

Alarm/Sound system-
Dummy alarm system. LED blinks bright blue when car doors are locked.
Pioneer high end CD player with bluetooh
Pioneer 3 way front speakers
Rockford 3 way rear speakers
Wired Blaupunkt speakers in Mazda front seats (really makes a difference)

Transmission-
Stock 4 speed Automatic

Interior-
Front seats from a mazda miata (you would never know)
grant wooden steering wheel
Besides that-all other pieces are original and are in good condition.
No A/C. Didnt come from the factory with the option. I do have a complete kit from a second gen hatch.

Story behind the Civic-

I purchased this little gem back in September of 2014 from the original owner for their asking price of $4500 out on the east coast. At the point of sale I was given all of the paper work for the vehicle which was serviced at the local Honda dealership. The car drives perfect for its age (30+ years), timing belt/pump etc have been done, minor things like tie rods have been replaced so it should be on the road for a long time.

Reason for sale: I wouldnt be selling this car other than the fact that my wife gave me some amazing news-she is pregnant! SO... my gain and your gain!! We recently purchased an SUV and I have stopped driving the vehciele. She now rests in our garage waiting for her next owner.

Additional Information/parts-
Inspected 4/12/15
Texas title in hand and tx plates on the car.
Car wash employees always rant and rave about the condition of the wagon.
Almost every part on the car has been replaced/upgraded
Original motor and transmission
The car has not been not dogged out. It was used for daily driving and the cosmetics are just for kicks.
Working Heater (takes some time to kick in)
No Power steering
2 sets of Keys
Not interested in any trades.

If you have gotten this far then you are thinking about purchasing a 30+ year old car. Parts are hard to come by and thats why I have some extras on hand. There is nothing wrong with the vehicle, no leaks, no hiccups. I wouldnt take the risk of commuting to work if the car had issues.

Links to youtube videos: will be provided upon request.

Additional parts will come with car IF asking price is met:
Not Installed -Yakima old school roof rack. Brand new towers still in the box. Bars are used.
Not Installed-Yakima Faring. Used.
Complete and I mean complete AC Kit from a second gen hatchback.
Second Transmission. No the transmission isn't bad-but what happens when it goes? Where will you find another transmission laying around? Its nice to have a plan b.
Haynes 2nd gen civic manual
Another civic manual
Other various parts that I have laying around that are all in a box.

I know that I am leaving a lot out but will be updating this post from time to time.

Payment: Cash. No payment plan. No trades. No food stamps. No checks. No bartering. Cash only.

When contacting me, please leave your number so I can take you serious.

Thank you.

Key words: awesome, hipster, blue bomber, amazing, rad, #1stunna, buy me, EF, hatchback, grandpa, unique, be your self.

By any chance would you know where I could find a 1983 rear axle diagram for this car?
