Selling 1991 Civic sedan

This car has been my baby for 2 years now but i am moving to colorado and it is smarter for me to sell it.

mods:
engine:
b18a1 swap (oem rebuilt motor) with roughly 40k miles on it i bought it this spring put maybe 2000 miles on it.
trans has unknown miles works well slight really slight grind into third
excedy organic clutch 40k
fidenza lightweight flywheel 40k
b&m short shifter
fluidyne radiator
slim fan
Some Cheapo header
and an intake
2.25 inch exhaust all the way back resonator
blox muffler piping from axle back new this spring

suspensin:
all new this spring 2500 miles on these parts:
skunk 2 camber kit
energy suspension bushing kit
extended top hats
new tie rod ends
new lower ball joints
new wheel bearing on driver side
just got alignment done and new tires put on 400 miles ago
have reciepts for all this.
other suspension mods that have been on car for 1 year daily driven last summer 2000 miles this summer
skunk 2 pro s coilovers
ksport rear lca's
lower tie bar.

wheels and tires:
si wheels
brand new falken ziex 512's have 600 miles on them

interior:
Gutted carpet and headliner
stock rear seats
front del sol seats
b&m Short shifter
skunk 2 shift ****
welded in cage 4 point
stereo with aux cord input

Engine mildly wire tucked
ecu p72 chipped on crome ls basemap with 2 step


All around it is a good car the body is damn near rust free few small bubbles and no spots bigger than a pencil eraser... Well other than the hood...

Need to sell it please dont low ball me its a really nice Ef. hard to find them this wellof condition put together recently

price is firm i dont need to sell it but id rather have a 4x4 for colorado harsh winter
