Default need some help troubleshooting the noise

heres story
2000 miles on the engine.(specs in my sig)
brand new OEM specs exedy cltch kit with new throwout and pilot bearing (should i go stage one or OEM spec is enough)
insalled according to specs double tripple checked
had no noise untill about a week ago.
the noise does not go away with clutch pressed in.
everything was greased up withe the grease provided in the box for throwout bearing
the fork and all the clutch area inside the tranny was also scrubbed clean and fork joints greased up.
the clutch pedal is soft and smooth without any squeaking or vibration or snapping.
the only way to get rid of it is to do what i did in the video below.
once the clutch is pressed and let go the noise comes back every time

then since about 2 weeks ago i noticed that my clutch pedal was stuck half way
i pumped it few times and it was pretty sqishy but once i pulled it back with my foot the pressure was back to normal

theres no leaks from master or slave cylinder(slave cylinder is also brand new) and bled twice after installation.

i searched hre on google and youtube but the symptoms are different on mine so i cant tell where the problem is

what i did in the video is
first wiggled the fork
then pressed it towards the slave cylinder few mm and the noise went away

Pull the tranny and get inside to see whats causing that noise. Something is rubbing and i bet its leaving marks inside.
Its a metalic sound for sure.
Pressure plate not torqued properly or bolts too long.
Either way its time to open it back up.

All bolts are torqued to specs according to shop manual.

Can it be master cylinder failing and not retracting the fork all the way ?

I dont have a place to work on the car and have to drive it to work for next 3 weeks untill i have a garage.
