Only grinds when put into reverse everything else seems fine oh ya when its cold and first shift of the day it don't grind but when warm it grinds n its so nasty Idk if there's to much fluid or not enough or if thats even part of the problem tried Lucas hard shift for my manual transmission n works great you can feel a difference for sure but it gets warm n still grinds I'd appreciate some feed back thanks alot

Come to a complete stop before trying to put it in reverse.

Try first then reverse to slow the shaft down completely before going into gear

Try also checking your trans fluid if you have no gear oil try getting some penzoil syncro Mesh run it thru all the gears while the car is off should take care of the grinding 👍
