If you could use either/or H22 USDM transmission's (M2Y4 or M2F4) which would you recommend over the other and why? (used with the H22A engine)

Well, at 7800 rpm with 23.5" tires, the only major difference is 4th and 5th gear.
M2F4: 38.7 - 65.6 - 94.0 - 119.4 - 147.0
M2Y4: 38.9 - 65.3 - 95.1 - 123.6 - 157.5
Speed in mph. The 97-01 tranny will be a bit nicer on the highway. 1-3 will be hardly noticable. I'd probably rock the newer trans since it's virtually the same through the 1-4 gears and just a bit longer 5th for cruising.
EDIT: Engine speed @ 70 mph in 5th:
M2F4: 3750
M2Y4: 3500
Not a big difference though.
