Default Grinding my gears

I'm new to this forums, and forums in general. I don't too much about Hondas either, my car is the only car I've ever worked on. It's a 1992 accord lax and I recently installed a new clutch myself and did everything to the exact specifications of the repair manual specific to my car. A few days after, the gears started grinding going to in 2nd from 1st gear. Not from N to 2nd or from 3rd to 2nd. Just 1st to 2nd. The gears won't grind unless the rpm at EXACTLY 3000, any more or less and it grinds. any advice on what I might have done wrong or what can be causing this? Professional advice please!

Id say bleed your clutch to start. Check your tranny fluid. And if those are good id say your synchro may be going bad
