Default EP3 Clutch pedal stays stuck

Help!!! I have an 02 ep3 stock except for some aftermarket clutch. I press the clutch pedal put it in first gear and the when i release the clutch a tiny bit the car starts moving but the pedal doesnt release i have to pull it back up with my feet. After the car is running sometimes i gotta help it in second gear because the pedal doesnt pop back up. When im at a full stop and i put the car in reverse the car after 3 seconds moves with the clutch fully engaged i dont even have to release it, it just moves back by itself and usually stalls on me. Can someone please help me have an idea of where the problem is.

I've just had (well, still have) this issue with my EDM Accord Type R. What I can tell you, after expending a LOT of money, is that your clutch is absolutely fine. Just spent a couple hundred pounds replacing mine with a brand new Honda unit and the problem is still there!

Garage who did the work said it was most likely the master cylinder, but I'm going to replace both.

Same here, no visible leaks but there's definitely something losing pressure. I think it could be the internal seals on the MC, probably bleeding fluid back up into the resevoir.

start fixing the small things first then deal with the clutch the very very last after youve knocked all the small **** out first. nothing worse than spending a bunch of money to find out it was only the master or slave cylinders, which it 98% is. the clutch system isnt that elaborate it basically consists of the pedal, master cylinder, clutch line, slave cylinder and from their engages your clutch.
