Kragen Clutch Slave Cylinder Doesn't Fit!?
I was out all night trying to replace my slave cylinder on a 94 DC4.
First I was struggling with the clutch pipe as the nut was stripping. Finally got it off with some vice grips. "Okay now comes the easy part," I thought.
I was out there trying to align the slave cylinder so I can bolt it on. I think I was out there for 2 hours! "What am I doing wrong!?" I thought.
So I compared it to my old slave cylinder and it was WAY off!
The holes were about 4mm too far apart from each other.
The one they gave me had the correct part number, but it didn't look anything like the one on the website (Kragen). The one on the site was black and looked just like the stock slave. The one they gave me was silver and the bleeder was at a different location.
Could it have been packaged wrong? I'm going tomorrow to exchange it but hopefully can get the same brand as it's the most affordable.
